Fluor Corporation is seeking a Site Manager who will lead all field construction activities for a small EPFC project. The role requires directing project staff, overseeing safety, quality, and schedules, and aligning site and office functions with contract requirements.

The position emphasizes risk management, stakeholder communication, and adherence to Fluor's policies while delivering on-time, on-budget project objectives.

Formación

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent with extensive relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including management and stakeholders.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to learn applicable local statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious execution of project tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Manage execution of assigned project(s) per prime contract and company procedures.
• Lead risk assessment and implement mitigation across project phases.
• Coordinate activities across site, offices, and locations for alignment.
• Ensure compliance with the company Quality Program and safety policies.
• Oversee staff and act as single point of accountability to senior management and client.
