Bechtel is seeking a seasoned professional to liaise between engineering and field operations, guiding constructability plans and leading interdisciplinary design reviews. You will monitor construction performance, review deliverables, and drive improvements to Bechtel’s methods through project assessments.

The role demands strong collaboration across CSA field engineering, project controls, and client teams.

Formación

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong ability to collaborate with multiple disciplines and clients.
• Hands-on experience with Smartplant 3D, Microstation, AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of ACI and AISC standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide construction recommendations across multiple disciplines.
• Coordinate with team to develop constructability ideas and plans.
• Lead constructability program process and schedule.
• Prepare and deliver constructability awareness training.
• Contribute to design decisions with construction perspective.
