The role serves as a strategic advisor to the Country Leadership Team, building relationships with government authorities, industry associations, academia, NGOs and media, and leading communications, advocacy, ESG and sustainability initiatives across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate Affairs strategy and serve as a strategic advisor to the Country Leadership Team on reputation, policy, and external affairs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, industry associations, healthcare and animal health stakeholders, academia, NGOs, and media.
• Monitor policy, regulatory, and market developments, shaping advocacy efforts that support innovation, sustainability, and business growth.
• Drive stakeholder engagement programs that strengthen partnerships, trust, and the company’s position as a leading healthcare and animal health partner.
• Lead internal and external communications, including media relations, executive communications, thought leadership, and corporate storytelling.
• Manage reputation risks, issues, and crisis communications, providing strategic counsel to senior leadership.
• Oversee ESG, Corporate Responsibility, and sustainability initiatives, demonstrating the company’s impact on society, health, and animal welfare.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, regulatory, legal, compliance, technical, and business teams to ensure aligned external engagement and advocacy strategies.
