Signant Health, Inc. is seeking a Cloud Operations Database Engineer to work within the Production Hosting department. This role involves collaboration with teams to manage and support database infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability. You will handle tasks related to Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, troubleshoot issues, and participate in migration efforts to cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will possess a BS degree in Computer Science, experience with cloud platforms like AWS/Azure, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented or independent setting.

Formación

• Experience in a modern software development environment that is Agile and incorporates DevOps practices.
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with various teams to manage database infrastructure.
• Conduct DBA tasks for company's database systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database issues.
• Migrate on-premises workloads to the cloud.

Conocimientos

Experience with Oracle

Experience with MySQL

Experience with PostgreSQL

Experience with AWS

Experience with Azure

Good hands-on experience in Linux/Windows

Knowledge of relational databases

Educación

BS degree in Computer Science or related discipline
