Signant Health Chile seeks a Solutions Specialist to be the first point of contact for post-deployment device and shipment inquiries across clinical supply chain operations. You will triage, own, and resolve issues from basic device installation to connectivity troubleshooting, escalating when needed to ensure fast, accountable support for sites, 3PLs, and vendors.

Formación

2+ years of experience in IT support, device support, logistics, or a related operational role.
Experience performing basic device installation, setup, or configuration.
Ability to utilize AI tools to support productivity while maintaining accountability.
Knowledge of mobile devices and basic networking concepts.

Responsabilidades

Serve as the single point of accountability for all post-deployment inquiries; triage, prioritize, and own resolution.
Perform basic device installation support including initial setup, configuration checks, and troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve device connectivity issues; identify and resolve incorrect installs and configurations.
Coordinate with 3PL vendors and telecom connectivity partners to support end-to-end issue resolution.
Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams, sites, and vendors; log and track requests.
