Job summary

Statkraft Chile seeks an HR & Admin Director to define and execute the Chile HR & Administration strategy, aligned with business priorities and corporate standards. You will advise the Country Manager on people, organisation, leadership and workforce matters and lead organisational design and change initiatives.

You will build and lead a high-performing HR & Administration team, manage budgets, supplier relationships and continuous improvement, while ensuring compliance with local labour laws

Qualifications

• Solid leadership experience in HR management in international environments.
• Desirable experience in facilities management and administrative services.
• Knowledge of Chilean labour relations and local business environment.
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the HR & Administration strategy for Chile, aligned with business priorities and corporate standards.
• Advise Country Manager on people, organisation, leadership and workforce matters.
• Lead organisational design, workforce shaping, succession, leadership development and change management.
