Diaverum AB in Chile seeks an HR Director to lead the people agenda across our national clinic network. The role reports to the Country Managing Director and sits on the Executive Leadership Team, guiding staffing, leadership development, and HR strategy.

You will oversee the HR team, align structures with clinical and operational needs, and drive labour relations, payroll, onboarding and benefits. The position is based in Santiago with regular travel to clinics nationwide.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience across HR disciplines.
• Senior responsibility for leading an HR function and developing HR teams.
• Experience in a geographically distributed or multi-site environment.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the country HR strategy aligning with business priorities.
• Strengthen organisational structures, role definitions and recruitment standards.
• Lead workforce planning with Operations, Finance and clinical leadership.
• Develop structured recruitment processes across dispersed locations.
• Build capabilities of clinic administrators and leaders through development programmes.
• Lead labour relations and collective bargaining in Chile.
• Ensure HR processes across the employee lifecycle (contracts, onboarding, payroll, benefits).
• Promote accountability and collaboration, driving action from feedback.
• Lead digitalisation and automation of HR processes and data systems.
• Use workforce metrics to guide decisions and track staffing, turnover, and efficiency.
