Beratung is seeking a Business Performance Manager to lead RTN’s global performance framework within the Business Development and Technology team. Based in the Bain GBS Center in Warsaw, you will connect RTN leadership with regional operations and internal Beratung finance functions.

You will develop and expand RTN's budgeting and forecasting processes, manage a team of financial coordinators, and build analytics such as KPI dashboards and pricing engines to support data‑driven decisions.

Formación

• University degree in finance, economy, business administration or related field.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience in FP&A activities (accounts payable/receivable, revenue recognition, etc.).
• Ability to develop and manage complex financial models, forecast financial performance and analyse data to identify trends.
• Experience managing a team and coordinating with senior stakeholders across geographies.
• Strong organization, prioritization and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Manage annual financial planning and forecasting including the annual budgeting process.
• Manage a team of financial coordinators and act as an escalation point for all financial process matters.
• Develop best-in-class analytical capabilities for RTN, including pricing engine and KPI dashboards.
