Volvo Trucks Chile is seeking a Business Controller to support financial performance across the organization. You will provide business insights, financial analysis, and decision support, reporting to the Finance team and helping with planning, reporting, and performance management.

You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders, ensure adherence to financial policies, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires 2–5 years of FP&A/Controlling experience, strong Excel skills, and

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Around 2–5 years of experience in Business Control, FP&A, Controlling, Finance, or related areas.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and translate it into actionable business insights.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools is an advantage.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and communicate assertively.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and recommending actions to improve business performance.
• Support the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing processes, performing variance analysis between actual and planned results.
• Monitor and report key business and financial performance indicators, ensuring timely and accurate information for decision-making.
• Provide financial support for business cases, investment evaluations, and strategic projects.
• Ensure compliance with VolvoGroup financial policies, internal controls, and reporting requirements.
• Partner with business stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support operational and strategic decisions.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within Business Control and across the business.

You will be part of the Business Control team, working closely with Finance and cross-functional business leaders toprovidefinancial insights that support sustainable growth, operational excellence, and informed decision-making across Volvo Trucks Chile.

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Around 2–5 years of experience in Business Control, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controlling, Finance, or related areas.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
