Job summary

Jugabet is seeking a Brand & Content Lead to own and shape the brand’s voice across Latin America, focusing on Chile. You will drive content direction across PR, CRM, SEO and social media, ensuring consistency and a clear, recognizable tone in every channel.

You will collaborate with marketing and external teams, edit and refine messages, and adapt tone for different audiences and platforms, while maintaining brand integrity in a fast-paced betting and gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in content management, PR, or brand communications.
• Strong writing and editing skills in Chilean Spanish.
• Experience with CRM communications (email, push, in-app).
• Experience with PR content (press releases, statements).
• Experience with social media copy.
• Proven ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across channels.
• Ability to adapt tone to different audiences without losing consistency.
• Prior experience in betting, gaming, or iGaming preferred.
