INFUSE, a demand generation company with a global team, is seeking a detailed-oriented B2B proofreader to join our team. This role edits and proofreading long-form and short-form content to ensure accuracy, polish, on-brand voice, and alignment with client goals.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, collaborates with writers and internal teams, and helps keep projects moving forward while maintaining high-quality content across all materials.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of proofreading or editing experience.
• 1+ year of writing experience.
• Familiarity with style guides and brand voice requirements.
• Strong understanding of grammar, punctuation, syntax, style, and usage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Edit and proofread B2B content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, usage, clarity, consistency, and brand voice
• Ensure content aligns with client style guides, editorial standards, messaging, and project requirements
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to writers
• Cross-check references, claims, data, and source material for accuracy
• Identify factual inconsistencies, unsupported statements, and potential plagiarism
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and other departments
• Review and occasionally revise internal documents and client-facing materials
• Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines
• Maintain a high standard of quality across all reviewed content
