NHS Lanarkshire is seeking Advanced Practitioners to work autonomously across Primary, Community and Acute Services during in- and out-of-hours periods, covering seven days including public holidays. They will be responsible for clinical decision making for the population, including assessment and treatment in various settings.

The role involves close MDT collaboration, ongoing professional development, and delivering advanced care with support from medical staff when needed.

Formación

• Registered nurse, AHP or pharmacist with valid professional registration.
• Educated to/working towards Masters level.
• Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Clinical Practice with breadth across Specialty.
• Broad knowledge of clinical guidelines and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Autonomously assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients across primary, community and acute settings.
• Participates in statutory training and study days.
• Maintains professional conduct and timely management of duties.
• Manages time across clinical, educational and administrative tasks.
