You will develop outreach skills, communicate with clients and experts, and learn Atheneum's delivery process while contributing to rapid project cycles.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of relevant work experience, e.g. in sales, recruitment or KPI-driven roles.
• General understanding of business concepts and client-facing skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and identify relevant experts for projects.
• Source and onboard experts, building a pipeline for future opportunities.
• Develop internal and external communication and outreach skills, including cold calls and emails.
• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced client-driven environment and deliver value.
• Deliver excellent client experiences with accurate expert recommendations.
