Responsabilidades

• Build market intelligence reports for Pension Fund and related industries.
• Summarize macroeconomics and markets views for internal teams.
• Prepare agendas for investment roadshows and client meetings.
• Learn to use Morningstar and Bloomberg for funds analysis and positioning.
• Assist client onboarding by understanding client structures and key information.
• Understand JPMAM investment strategies and help prepare investment cases.
• Collaborate with internal teams across the firm to support coverage in Chile, Argentina, and Uruguay.

Chile’s Drive the Future Program is designed to strengthen JPMorganChase’s early‑career talent pipeline by attracting and developing recent graduates with their first professional experience.

Through a structured training and development experience, participants receive educational content designed to help them navigate the organization, develop key technical and interpersonal skills, and gain a deeper understanding of the JPMorganChase culture. They will also gain exposure to the firm’s culture, values, and organizational structure while building a strong professional network.

During the journey in our program, you’ll collaborate with our expert professionals to influence and shape decisions and initiatives that support our businesses across the firm. You'll have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions while developing your professional expertise in a dynamic team environment.

In Chile, DTF opportunities are open to candidates who graduated within the last 12 months. Participants are hired for an initial 6-month period, with the possibility of extension up to 18 months based on participant performance, feedback, and business needs. This role requires full‑time, in‑person availability in Santiago de Chile only.

In this opportunity, the Asset Management team is looking for a new team member. The primary role of the trainee is to support the Sales Team with the coverage of the clients in Chile, Argentina and Uruguay. The trainee will also learn about the Asset Management Industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Build market intelligence reports for the Pension Fund industry and others.
• Summarize and present macroeconomics and markets views
• Build agendas for investment roadshows.
• Learn how to use Morningstar and Bloomberg for funds analysis and how to position JPMorgan Funds and ETFs.
• Help our Luxembourg client onboarding team understanding client’s structure and relevant information.
• Understand the investment strategies JPMAM offers and prepare investment cases.
• Interact with our internal teams located around the world.

Candidates should be responsible, organized, proactive and have a strong desire to succeed and to achieve goals in a consistent and timely manner.

Job Requirements

• Full‑time availability to work in person
• Recent graduate (within the last 12 months) of Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineer or related.
• Advanced English Level.
• Results‑driven, “can‑do” attitude with a focus on execution and delivery
• Highly organized and disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Team‑oriented, with strong collaboration and emerging leadership skills
• Proactive and dynamic, with the ability to perform well under pressure
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
• Basic knowledge of finance and accounting
• Strong data skills, including proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Power BI and/or SQL, to analyze and interpret data to support decision‑making
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., generative AI) to improve productivity, analysis, and problem‑solving, using sound judgment and following applicable guidelines
