The Ritz-Carlton in Las Condes, Chile, is seeking a kitchen associate to prepare ingredients, cook according to recipes and standards, and ensure food safety and quality. You will operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience; no supervisory duties are required. This role is full-time and located in a luxury hospitality setting.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare ingredients, portion, chop, and store food.
• Wash, peel, weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Cook foods according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area; monitor temperatures and quality.
