Evalueserve Chile is seeking a motivated editorial professional to support the creation and publication of content for our client’s financial indices, involving editing, formatting, and publishing workflows across teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes grammar and style, data formatting, and using tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Airtable, Wordpress, and social platforms. A bachelor’s degree and strong English are required, with hybrid work in Chile.

• Native or native-level spoken and written English

Responsabilidades

• Edit for grammar, punctuation, and style with strong attention to nuance and flow
• Perform structural edits and assist with research as needed
• Format documents in MS Office to meet client branding requirements
• Format charts/graphs and transfer data from Excel to Word/PowerPoint
• Publish content and track workflow using Jira, HP PPM, Airtable, and Wordpress; share content on social media via Spredfast, Hootsuite, and Oktopost
• Assist with promotional materials and webinar content planning

This role involves contributing to editing, formatting, and publishing workflows while collaborating across teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery of materials.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated candidate to join our Editorial team that supports the creation and publication of content for our client’s financial indices. This role involves contributing to editing, formatting, and publishing workflows while collaborating across teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Copy and invasive editing for grammar, punctuation, nuanced phrasing, cohesion, flow, etc.
• Structural changes and heavy edits to copy and some research can be involved
• Formatting in MS Office to meet client’s style and branding requirements
• Formatting charts/graphs and transferring data from Excel into Word/PPT
• Publishing content and tracking workflow using platforms such as JIRA, HP PPM, Airtable, and Wordpress; sharing content on social media through platforms like Spredfast, Hootsuite, and Oktopost
• Participating in promotional efforts or preparation of promotional materials, such as webinar materials, stakeholder bios, queuing content for social media or paid media promotion, etc.

Required Qualifications

• Native or native-level spoken and written communication skills in English
• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, linguistics, business, accounting, economics, finance, or liberal arts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Outstanding writing/editing/proofreading skillset with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong project management skills; ability to effectively manage and prioritize projects to meet multiple deadlines
• Knowledge of or interest in financial markets, corporate finance, or capital markets
• Knowledge of financial terminology, specifically related to capital markets, indices, and investing
