Outlier is inviting software engineers across Latin America to join as a QA Coder, auditing AI-generated code and rating model responses. This freelance, 1099 role offers up to $34 USD per hour and flexible, remote work from anywhere with up to 40 hours per week and additional incentive opportunities.

You will review code, write clear prompts, and help improve AI models while adhering to structured guidelines. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or higher) is required.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors using structured guidelines.
• Rate model responses across accuracy, instruction following and presentation.
• Write clear CS questions to challenge AI models.
