Outlier is inviting software engineers across Latin America to QA and audit AI-generated code on a flexible, remote basis. The role pays up to $34 USD per hour and offers incentives based on project performance, with potential earnings boosted by surge pricing.

As a QA Coder you will review AI-produced code, rate model responses, and craft clear coding prompts. A CS degree and production-code experience are preferred, with strong English communication.

Formación

• Completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase ideally for a technology company.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions such as accuracy and instruction following.
• Write clear, well-structured prompts to challenge AI models and improve coding capabilities.
