Outlier is building a remote program for LatAm's best software engineers. As a QA Coder, you review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and write clear CS prompts to push model performance.

This freelance 1099 contract invites applicants from Argentina through Chile and beyond, with pay up to $34/hr plus incentive bonuses. You’ll work flexibly from anywhere, access leading LLMs, and join a structure that values accuracy, clarity, and code quality.

Formación

• Completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation and style.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code: flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write clear, well-structured prompts to challenge AI models and improve coding.
