Outlier is inviting experienced software engineers to join its QA Coder program, a remote opportunity across Latin America. You will review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and help craft prompts that push the limits of code generation.

This freelance, 1099 role offers pay up to $34 per hour, plus incentives based on project performance. You can work from anywhere, anytime, with access to Leading LLMs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail (grammar, punctuation, style).

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors using guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across dimensions.
• Write clear computer science prompts to challenge AI models.
