You will collaborate daily with security, data, and infra teams, align with US-based product counterparts, and drive observability, SLOs, and reliability across pod services. Strong Python, LangChain, and React skills are essential.

Formación

• 8+ years of backend software engineering ownership.
• 1-2+ years in AI/ML platform production.
• 5+ years Python for backend services.
• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph.
• 3-4+ years React/TypeScript.
• Production AWS, Docker, CI/CD.
• Secure coding and data governance mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production backend systems end-to-end.
• Mentor engineers and unblock sprint deliverables.
• Collaborate daily with security, data, infra teams and US counterparts.
