SumUp in Santiago, Chile, seeks a Digital Growth Analyst to turn data into sharper offers, faster website experiments and stronger full-funnel execution.

You will own CRO, build dashboards, run SQL analyses, and audit attribution, coordinating fixes with technical teams. Fluency in English and a hands-on, ownership-driven approach are essential for cross‑functional collaboration across marketing, product, and sales.

Formación

• Experience turning data and unit-economics analysis into actionable growth recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and BI or dashboarding tools with reliable reporting.
• Track record of leading cross-functional projects from diagnosis through to delivery and measurable impact.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional growth projects from business case through to implementation and impact measurement.
• Own website conversion-rate optimisation end to end, including funnel diagnosis, experiment design, landing-page implementation, tracking and QA.
• Build and maintain dashboards, run SQL analysis, and audit attribution or tracking issues, coordinating fixes with technical teams when needed.
• Use AI to speed up analysis, automation and operational workflows, with appropriate quality checks.
• Contribute to paid-media platform management, building toward greater ownership over time.
