Outlier is hiring a QA Coder to help train AI models by auditing AI-generated code and scoring model responses. This freelance role is 1099, remote-friendly, with up to 40 hours/week and pay up to $34 USD/hr plus incentives.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, production-code experience, fluent English, and exceptional attention to detail. You will review code, write CS prompts, and help improve prompts for AI systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail in grammar, punctuation, and style.

Responsabilités

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses across accuracy and instruction following.
• Write clear CS prompts to challenge AI models.
