Conkord is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide Agile adoption and drive high-performing teams in Santiago. You will lead Scrum ceremonies, partner with Product Owners and developers, and remove blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution.

The role requires 2–4 years of Scrum Master experience, strong knowledge of Scrum/Agile, and excellent facilitation and communication skills. Knowledge of Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps is a plus.

Formación

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in similar Agile roles.
• Experience with software development teams or technology projects.
• Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile team dynamics.
• Experience working directly with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and manage impediments, risks, and dependencies.
• Knowledge of Agile metrics and team performance tracking.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate and support Agile adoption and practices.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams on sprint planning and execution.
• Identify impediments, risks, and dependencies; support resolution.
• Promote self-management, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor sprint progress and Agile metrics.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business areas, and stakeholders.
• Support Product Owners with backlog management and refinement.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and teamwork.
• Promote Agile mindset and best practices across the organization.
• Facilitate retrospectives and help define actionable improvements.
• Assist teams in conflict resolution and removing blockers.
