Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to lead backend AI features end to end, shaping production LLM systems while staying hands-on. You will work with LangGraph, LangChain, and RAG pipelines, contributing across the development lifecycle and collaborating with Principal and Senior engineers to unblock the team.

The role emphasizes deep technical leadership, hands-on implementation, and evaluation coverage to ensure robust AI behavior in production environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Python experience with production systems.
• Proven track record building, maintaining, and evolving production LLM systems.
• Hands-on with LangChain and LangGraph, including agent flows.
• Experience creating RAG pipelines over structured and unstructured data.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own backend AI features end to end.
• Build LangGraph agent flows and RAG pipelines over data.
• Hold evaluation and tracing coverage on shipped AI behavior.
• Stay hands-on across development phases with Principal and Senior engineers.
• Unblock Senior engineers and surface blockers early.
