BairesDev is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer (Python) to design and develop autonomous AI-driven software systems. You will connect language models with workflows to enable multi-step tasks and collaborative networks that improve operational efficiency.

The role requires deep Python expertise, hands-on experience with agentic orchestration, and strong English communication. This is a fully remote position with global impact and competitive USD compensation.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or AI Engineering.
• Proven Python programming experience and AI application development.
• Experience with agentic orchestration frameworks and architectures.
• Experience building autonomous AI agents or multi-agent workflows.
• Strong English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement scalable agentic orchestration frameworks and system architectures.
• Build autonomous multi-agent workflows that safely delegate tasks and reason through execution.
• Develop production-ready AI applications leveraging advanced programming languages and systems design.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate autonomous behavioral models into existing enterprise ecosystems.
• Establish robust evaluation and governance frameworks to monitor and refine agent behavior under stress.

As an Agentic AI Engineer, you will design and develop intelligent software systems driven by autonomous AI agents.
