You will collaborate with engineering teams to define patterns for autonomous decision-making, deploy production-grade Python applications, and ensure high availability and performance. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and competitive USD compensation.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Software or AI Engineering.
• Strong Python development experience.
• Experience with agentic orchestration frameworks.
• Experience deploying and scaling AI production systems.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.

As a Python AI Orchestration Engineer, you will design and develop advanced AI solutions driven by intelligent agent workflows. You will connect sophisticated machine learning models with robust software systems, ensuring that multi-agent architectures operate efficiently and reliably at scale.

What You'll Do

• Architect and deploy complex multi-agent workflows and orchestration frameworks.
• Build and optimize production-grade AI applications using Python.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or AI Engineering.
• Proven expertise in Python development and building AI-driven solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with agentic orchestration frameworks and multi-agent workflows.
• Solid understanding of deploying, evaluating, and scaling AI production systems.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
