Aquabyte, a Chilean office in Puerto Varas, seeks a Mid-Level Accountant to join our fast-paced global startup. You will manage inventory tracking, invoicing, and collections, with exposure to NetSuite ERP, and collaborate across functions to keep our operations compliant as we scale.

On-site roles require a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who can partner with finance, operations, and product teams to improve processes and reporting in a growing aquaculture tech company.

Formación

• 3-4 years of accounting experience in a fast-paced environment.

Our product

We are currently focused on helping salmon farmers better understand their fish population and make environmentally sound decisions. Through custom underwater cameras, computer vision, and machine learning we are able to quantify fish weights, detect the health status, and generate optimal feeding plans in real time. Our product operates at three levels: on-site hardware for image capture, cloud pipelines for data processing, and a user-facing web application. As a result, there are hundreds of moving pieces and no shortage of fascinating challenges across all levels of the stack.

The role

We are seeking an ambitious Mid-Level Accountant with 3-4 years of accounting experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment and with exposure to NetSuite ERP. This role is critical to the success of our Chilean operations and will focus on inventory tracking, invoicing, collections, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll work on-site in our Puerto Varas office and play a key role in helping us scale efficiently and compliantly.
