SHINING 3D Latam in Chile remote is seeking a regional sales manager for dental digital products. You will expand and manage the sales distribution network, ensure targets are met, and oversee distributor relationships to drive performance.

You will gain in-depth product knowledge, analyze market intelligence, and plan regional activities such as roadshows and trade shows while developing KOLs/KOCs and strengthening customer partnerships.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proactive, self-driven, and action-oriented with strong market development, customer acquisition, and account management skills.
• Goal-focused with a high achievement orientation; strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Experience in the medical, dental, or clinical industry strongly preferred.
