Shining 3D in Chile is seeking a dynamic sales professional to expand and manage the distribution network for its dental digital products. This role focuses on building robust distributor relationships, understanding product features, and driving sales growth through strategic regional activities.

The ideal candidate will travel frequently, have fluency in Spanish and English, and bring experience in the medical/dental sectors to inform market strategies and customer engagement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Proactive, self-driven, action-oriented with strengths in market development and account management.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service mindset.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in medical, dental, or clinical industries preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Expand and manage the sales distribution network for the company’s dental digital products, ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets.
• Oversee and maintain relationships with distributors, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of product features, functions, and operations to effectively represent and support the productline.
• Collect and analyze market and industry intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute regional sales activities, including roadshows, trade shows, product demonstrations, and the development of KOLs and KOCs.
