Zusammenfassung

Swiss Life Asset Managers, based in Zurich, seeks an Investment Director (f/m/d) to join the value-add infrastructure team. You will source value-add opportunities, lead transaction execution, and prepare investment memoranda for the Infrastructure Investment Committee.

The role includes active asset management and board representation, with emphasis on energy transition deals and international cooperation. Fluency in English is required; French or Spanish is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• At least 10 years of full-time experience in M&A/financing roles.
• Infrastructure buy-side experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Pro-active, fast-paced with strong interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Sourcing value-add infrastructure investment opportunities.
• Leading transaction execution.
• Preparing equity stories and investment memoranda for IC review.
• Active asset management of portfolio companies (incl. board representation).
• Independent sector research and deal origination.
