Job summary

Die Liebherr Machines Bulle SA lädt dich ein, die Karriere in einem multinationalen Umfeld zu starten. Im Rahmen eines praxisnahen 12-monatigen Praktikums ab Februar 2027 sammelst du fundierte Erfahrungen im Bereich Antriebskomponenten und Fahrzeugintegration.

Du arbeitest an 1D‑Modellen, dokumentierst Bibliotheken und unterstützt die Entwicklung von Steuerstrategien für Hybridsysteme; Teamarbeit in mehreren Abteilungen wird erwartet. Gute Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.

Qualifications

• Abschluss in Maschinenbau oder kurz davor, Kenntnisse in 1D-Systemen.
• Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Französisch.
• Kenntnisse in Systemtechnik und thermodynamischen Analysetools.

Responsibilities

• Du erstellst 1D‑basierte Modelle von Antriebsbauteilen und validierst sie anhand von Versuchen.
• Du unterstützt die Entwicklung von 1D‑basierenden Modellen für Fahrzeugensystemintegration.
• Du dokumentierst die Bibliothek für Komponentenmodellierung.
• Du unterstützt die Entwicklung von Steuerstrategien für Hybridsysteme.
• Du entwirfst und bemisst Bauteile für Verbrennungsmotoren und Hydraulikpumpen.
• Du begleitest Tests von Bauteilen und Motoren.
• Du erstellst Berichte und Messwerte.

Your Responsibilities

• You prepare 1D based model of power train components and validation with component test bench results
• You support the development of 1D based model of power train for vehicle system integration
• You document the developed library for component modeling
• You support the development of control strategies for hybrid system boosts
• You design and dimension the components for combustion engines and hydraulic pumps
• You support the testing of components and engine
• You create and present the reports and measurement results

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering or you are about to graduate
• You have knowledge of 1D System and thermodynamic analysis tool (AMesim, GT-SUITE)
• You have knowledge of system engineering: hydraulic, combustion engine, transmission
• You are ready to work in a team with different departments on both components and vehicle sides
• You possess good communication skills and are fluently speaking English and French
