Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years testing, launching software products; 3 years in design and architecture.
• 5 years in computer vision and machine learning with focus areas: 3D computer vision, multimodal learning, scene/object understanding.
• Experience leading as a technical lead driving the research-to-product pipeline.

Aufgaben

• Research, develop, and deliver computer vision and machine learning technologies for augmented and mixed reality platforms.
• Act as subject matter expert taking CV/ML models from research to production, focusing on mobile integration, edge optimization, and runtime robustness.
• Serve as tech lead across XR feature tracks, guiding multidisciplinary teams from scoping through release.
• Partner with product, UX, and program management while aligning with executives and stakeholders.
