FHVi is seeking a seasoned Workplace Manager to lead the Workplace team within the Infrastructure, Operations & Support department. You will steer the roadmap for workstations, mobility, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management across multiple sites, ensuring security, performance and continuity of services.

You will manage a team of specialists, set priorities, and collaborate with IT and security colleagues to align with the organisation’s transformation. Partial remote work is possible.

Formación

• Higher education in IT or related field at BSc/MSc level or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in Workplace/End User Computing environments including mobility and Microsoft 365.
• Minimum 3 years in hierarchical management of a tech team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Workplace team and define objectives, roadmap and priorities.
• Define governance principles for the Workplace environment and standardise solutions.
• Manage lifecycle of workstations and devices across sites, ensuring security and compliance.
• Assure availability, performance, security and quality of Workplace services and incident handling.
• Manage budget, suppliers and licensing, and report on domain performance.
