• Support the implementation of the global job grading system, including data preparation, documentation, and coordination.
• Assist with job architecture and job evaluation activities.
• Prepare presentations, reports, templates, and communication materials.
• Help maintain and organize Total Rewards data and documentation.
• Support HR data validation and quality checks.
• Assist the team with ongoing activities and selected projects.
• Gain exposure to People Analytics and HR reporting.
