Job summary

Omnilex is building an AI-native law firm and is hiring to keep the Zurich office running, manage the hiring pipeline, and foster a strong team culture. You will work closely with the Chief of Staff, recruiter, and founders, getting real ownership from week one.

You will learn HR and Talent operations in an AI-first environment, sourcing and onboarding with daily use of AI tools. Candidates should be curious, proactive, and excited to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English, Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship.
• First experience in recruiting, HR, office management or events is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, proactive and organised.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations in Zurich.
• Run the recruitment pipeline end-to-end with the recruiter and Founder team.
• Onboard new joiners and coordinate onboarding processes.
• Organise team events and office logistics.
• Be the go-to contact for building management and suppliers.
