SoTalent is seeking a Workflow Coordinator in a highly automated logistics environment in the Wohlen area. You will monitor and control the end-to-end material flow from goods receipt to packaging stations, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to maintain efficient processes and respond to deviations.

You will support continuous improvement and optimization of automated workflows, ensuring capacity planning and timely material supply for a large workforce.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in an automated logistics, warehouse or supply chain environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics and material-flow processes.
• Technical understanding of conveyor technology and automated material-flow systems.
• Experience with warehouse management, control or logistics monitoring systems such as Control Tower and PlantUI.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with different internal and external stakeholders.
• Structured, solution-oriented and resilient approach to work.
• Ability to prioritise effectively and maintain an overview during high workload.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand complex system environments.

• Actively monitor and control the end-to-end flow of goods from inbound receipt through automated storage to packaging stations.
• Ensure efficient and timely material supply for more than 1,000 employees through proactive operational coordination.
• Monitor incoming orders and support Warehouse Shift Managers with capacity, resource and workforce planning.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Analyse material flows, operational performance and KPIs.
• Identify deviations and initiate corrective actions early.
• Monitor warehouse capacity and workload to optimize resource use.
• Coordinate priorities across automated warehouse and material-flow systems.
• Support the optimisation of logistics processes and automation projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability and automation.

Workflow Coordinator – Automated Logistics & Supply Chain

About the Role

An innovative logistics organisation in the Wohlen area is seeking a Workflow Coordinator to actively monitor and control the flow of goods through a highly automated logistics environment.

The role is responsible for coordinating material flow from goods receipt through automated warehouse areas to timely delivery at packaging stations. You will work closely with warehouse operations, internal departments and external partners to maintain efficient logistics processes, respond to operational deviations and support continuous improvement.

The position is particularly suited to an experienced logistics or supply chain professional with strong technical understanding of automated material-flow systems and the ability to remain focused and analytical in a high-volume operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively monitor and control the end-to-end flow of goods from inbound receipt through automated storage to packaging stations.
• Ensure efficient and timely material supply for more than 1,000 employees through proactive operational coordination.
• Monitor incoming orders and support Warehouse Shift Managers with capacity, resource and workforce planning.

• Communicate operational issues, priorities and solutions clearly to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain an overview of complex logistics processes and respond quickly to changing operational requirements.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in an automated logistics, warehouse or supply chain environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics and material-flow processes.
• Technical understanding of conveyor technology and automated material-flow systems.
• Experience working with warehouse management, control or logistics monitoring systems such as:
