FH Collective Academy in Lausanne is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a fully remote team supporting a global online community. Relocation assistance to Greece is available to help you settle smoothly and start delivering excellent service.

You will provide empathetic and accurate support in French and English, investigate account issues, advocate for safety, and use data insights to improve the user experience.
