FH Collective Academy is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to support a global online community. This fully remote role offers relocation support to Greece and an EU flight package to help you settle quickly.

You will handle customer inquiries in French and English, investigate issues, advocate for community safety, and use data insights to improve the user experience in a dynamic international team.
