FH Collective Academy is seeking an Onboarding Account Manager for the German market, relocating to Barcelona. You will onboard and guide clients to launch high-performing PPC campaigns and build lasting relationships across the German market while leveraging Google Ads to drive ROI.

The role requires 2+ years in sales/marketing, fluent German and English, and a client-focused, analytical mindset. Hybrid work in Barcelona with relocation support and private health insurance are offered.

• C2 level in German and English.
• Strong client-facing, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of the German market and digital advertising ecosystem.
