Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in Buying, preferably in a multi-brand retailer or department store.
• Strong financial understanding and vendor negotiation experience.
• Ability to define and communicate a clear vision, inspiring teams and driving execution.
• Specific experience in the Swiss retail market.
• Genuine passion for womenswear, with eye for product, silhouette, fabric, and styling.

Aufgaben

• Build and refine the category strategy aligned with financial targets.
• Own pre-season range planning and selection.
• Collaborate with Merchandise Planner on targets, margins, OTB, and assortment.
• Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and consumer insights.
• Identify and negotiate with brands and suppliers for pricing, MOQs, terms, and exclusives.
• Manage vendor relationships via performance reviews and joint business planning.
