Zusammenfassung

Manor AG in Basel seeks a senior Retail Media Director to own key accounts and drive growth. You will forecast, plan and steer KPIs, developing tailored strategies aligned with the Group Strategy.

You will lead a partner-facing team, build strong client relationships, and ensure service quality and profitability across assigned accounts. Fluent English and at least one Swiss language are required, with a background in fashion or lifestyle retail.

Qualifikationen

• 9+ years of experience in retail media sales, preferably with fashion- or lifestyle-sector exposure.
• Proven leadership of partner-facing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Solid understanding of online and offline marketing campaign flows, KPIs and reporting.
• Ability to drive projects including technology Innovation to grow product portfolio.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, efficiency, punctuality and teamwork orientation.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams with talent growth focus.
• Ability to navigate from strategic big picture to hands-on execution.
