Zusammenfassung

Liebherr Machines Bulle SA in Bulle, CH, seeks a Harness Designer (m/f/x) for a temporary contract to design and optimize wiring harness assemblies for combustion engines. You will define topology, prepare 2D drawings, and manage BOMs, using Zuken E3 and Creo Cabling, while collaborating with the E/E design team and suppliers.

You should have electro-mechanical design training and several years of harness design experience, along with strong MS Office skills and PLM experience.

Qualifikationen

• Technical training or comparable qualifications in electro-mechanical design.
• Several years of experience in wiring harness design.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Zuken E3, PTC Creo Cabling and PLM Albatros.
• Autonomy, commitment, strong organizational skills; adaptable to multicultural environments; innovative and goal-oriented.

Aufgaben

• Design and optimize wiring harness assemblies for combustion engines considering cost and schedule.
• Prepare technical presentations and define harness topology with the E/E design team.
• Create and manage 2D drawings; proficiency in Zuken E3; Creo Cabling is a plus.
• Create BOMs for wiring harness assemblies.
• Define cabling components per standards and functional requirements.
• Support the PLM system (BOM creation, lifecycle promotion, release process).
• Maintain technical documentation and component specifications.
• Plan, execute and evaluate tests for prototypes or series approvals.
• Collaborate with project departments and suppliers on technical properties and manufacturing issues.
