Aufgaben

• Carry out electrical assembly and installation tasks according to technical specifications.

• Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
• Perform cable routing, crimping, soldering and connector assembly following quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and company procedures.
• Perform inspections and basic electrical testing of completed assemblies when required.
• Work closely with production, quality and engineering teams to support manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical assembly and installation tasks according to technical specifications.
• Assemble electrical wiring, cable harnesses, connectors and electrical components.
• Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
• Perform cable routing, crimping, soldering and connector assembly following quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and company procedures.

Our Ideal Candidate should have

• Previous experience as an Electrical Wire Assembler, Electrical Installation Technician, Wire Installer, Automatiker, Elektroinstallateur or in a similar electrical assembly role.
• Proven experience working with electrical wiring, cable assemblies and electrical components in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
• Hands‑on experience with cable routing, crimping, soldering, connector assembly or electrical installations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Professional working proficiency in German and English.
