The World Economic Forum, based in Geneva, is seeking a Programme Specialist to support day-to-day network coordination for the Forest Future Alliance’s Global Wildfire Leadership Network. You will help manage workplans, member onboarding, and deliver high-quality global and regional events and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, resilience, public policy, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of programme delivery, partnerships, networks, or climate initiatives.
• Strong project management and operations skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate network management, workplans, calendars, and member engagement.
• Support knowledge exchange, member onboarding, and reporting.
• Plan and deliver global and regional wildfire events, including speaker coordination.
• Maintain programme infrastructure (CRM, calendars, deliverables) and track impact indicators.
