• Act as a primary contact for the OHCHR.org website and provide web helpdesk services via Info Design.
• Create, update, and delete web content based on users' requests. Control information quality using information lifecycle parameters and business workflow.
• Respond to inquiries on web content. Identify and solve web content-related errors and problems.
• Monitor and maintain the OHCHR.org website, including the information on the UN Human Rights mechanisms, operations and activities; OHCHR organizational entities and services; and forms used by OHCHR staff members.
