Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Europe is seeking a Wear and Undercarriage Sales Consultant to join the Customer Solutions Core Regions Division. You will drive aftermarket service solutions, engage dealers, and guide customers to optimize performance and uptime.

The role requires 50% travel within the territory and onsite work five days a week; familiarity with heavy machinery and wear parts is preferred, and Swiss work permit/visa restrictions apply.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Sales Teams, District Teams and Dealers to maximize value.
• Design business plan shortfalls and capitalize on identified incremental sales opportunities.
• Develop new prospects and identify customers to introduce Aftermarket services with partners.
• Work with key partners for successful execution of Service Commitment and projects in the region.
