Job summary

Caterpillar seeks a Wear and Undercarriage Sales Consultant to support Europe aftermarket growth within the CSCR division. You will monitor the business, understand customer requirements and deliver solutions that drive short- and long-term success.

You will collaborate with Sales Teams, Dealers, and key partners to maximize value, pursue incremental opportunities, and ensure successful execution of service commitments across the region. Travel up to 50% is required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Sales Teams, District Teams and Dealers to develop customer solutions that maximize value.
• Design business plans and identify incremental sales opportunities.
• Develop new prospects and introduce Aftermarket services with Industry/Products Sales Support.
• Collaborate with partners to execute Service Commitments and key regional projects.
