Raiffeisen Bank Monthey is seeking a Wealth & Pension Management Advisor (m/f) to manage and grow a client portfolio through personalised support and new relationships.

You will provide comprehensive advice on investments, pensions, retirement and estate planning, and tailor strategies to each client. The role offers a friendly regional bank environment with opportunities for development and a strong emphasis on cooperative values.

Qualifikationen

• Banking training with SAQ CWMA certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Federal diploma or higher education in wealth management is an asset.
• Proven experience in wealth management or investment advice.
• Strong pension expertise with a holistic wealth approach.
• Enterprising, autonomous and solution‑oriented personality.
• Strong commercial spirit and knowledge of the local economy.
• Resident in Switzerland, ideally in the Chablais region.

Aufgaben

• Manage, retain and develop a client portfolio through personalised support and acquisition of new relationships.
• Provide comprehensive advice on investment, pension, retirement and estate planning.
• Develop and implement investment strategies tailored to each client’s profile, objectives and needs.
• Develop solutions adapted to client needs and promote the adoption of digital services.
• Contribute to the development and visibility of the wealth management activity through prospecting and representation actions.
