The role emphasizes building long-term client relationships, collaborating with banks and asset managers, and delivering tailored wealth solutions through an open architecture platform.

Qualifications

We are looking for motivated and experienced professionals to join us as Wealth Officers.

As a Wealth Officer, you are the trusted advisor to your clients, coordinating all aspects of their wealth affairs—from strategic wealth planning and the selection of financial providers to ongoing monitoring and reporting. You act exclusively in your clients' best interests and serve as their central point of contact when working with banks and asset managers.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop long-term, goal-based wealth strategies tailored to each client's personal objectives, financial situation and risk profile.
• Create strategic asset allocations and comprehensive wealth plans.

Find

• Conduct structured selection processes for banks, asset managers and portfolio solutions.
• Evaluate proposals based on quality, costs, performance potential and alignment with client objectives.
• Support clients in implementing the selected solutions.

Control

• Monitor portfolio performance, strategy implementation and risk on an ongoing basis.
• Prepare regular reports and recommendations for clients.
• Coordinate all stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of the agreed wealth strategy.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Several years of experience in wealth management, private banking, financial planning or a comparable advisory role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for advising clients and helping them make better financial decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
